Think positive

Release all your negative thoughts and feelings.
Fill yourself with positive thoughts, feelings and behaviorsthat return to you through the generosity, love and
kindness of those with whom you interact.

When bad things happen to you,
do not view them as roadblocksbut as stepping stones which lead
you to a higher quality of life.
Confucius quote:"It does not matter how
slowly you go as long
as you do not stop."

Happiness is like a butterfly;
The more you chase it, the more it will elude you,
But if you turn your attention to other things,
it will come and sit softly on your shoulder.

Always remember to forget the things that made you sad.

But never forget to remember the things that made you glad.

Always remember to forget the friends that proved untrue.
But never forget to remember those that have stuck by you.

Always remember to forget the troubles that passed away.
But never forget to remember the blessings that come each day.
